- PHEV&HEV 整车性能指标目标制定、跟踪及管理工作
- PHEV&HEV 核心性能集成管理工作，包括风阻、重量、能耗、NVH及环境适应性工作
- PHEV&HEV 经济性（续航/能耗）目标制定及方案分解，仿真及试验工作
- PHEV&HEV 动力性（百公里加速/最大车速）目标制定及方案分解，仿真及试验工作 任职资格: 1.国内大学统招本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生 2.具备2年以上相关工作经验 3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级(CET-4 425分)及以上或托福成绩80分及以上、雅思成绩6.0分及以上，海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平，较好的英语或德语读写能力，能够进行日常对话 4.掌握能耗、动力性仿真及试验能力 5.熟悉整车性能指标制定、开发及认可流程 6.能够识别开发问题、风险，并协调专业跟踪促进问题解决
