该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：1、对立项的新产品、新技术设计技术开发方案，并开展小试试验。 2、参与研发项目的中试设计及验证工作，参与新项目的建设施工试制试产。 3、对现有生产工艺设备技术持续改进，并提出具体改造方案和施工图设计，参与改造项目的试产工作。 4、对生产过程中出现的技术或产品质量问题进行分析，提出解决问题的具体方案。 任职要求：1、大学本科以上学历，具备化工、医药等相关专业； 2、对熟悉化工合成等相关工艺，具备研发创新能力； 3、有香精香料、医药中间体及原料药等产品开发经验或精细化工行业相关工作经验者优先
