该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位对英语口语水平有要求，欢迎英语口语流利的候选人投递。 核心职责 Core Responsibilities 1. 供应商开发与审核Supplier Development & Audit o 参与新供应商筛选与评估，进行现场质量审核（包括潜在供应商风险评估、生产能力验证等）。Participate in the screening and evaluation of new suppliers, and conduct on-site quality audits (including potential supplier risk assessment, production capacity verification, etc.). o 主导新项目前期质量策划（如APQP、PPAP），确保供应商按节点完成样品认可、过程审核和批量批准。Lead early-stage quality planning for new projects (e.g., APQP, PPAP), ensuring suppliers complete sample approval, process audits, and mass production approval in accordance with set milestones. 2. 质量问题解决与改进Quality Issue Resolution & Improvement o 处理供应商相关的来料、生产和客户端质量问题，主导8D报告分析，推动根本原因排查与纠正措施。Address supplier-related quality issues in incoming materials, production processes, and customer sites; lead 8D report analysis, and drive root cause investigation and corrective action implementation. o 监控供应商关键绩效指标（如PPM、一次检验合格率），定期评审绩效并推动低分供应商改进。Monitor key supplier performance indicators (e.g., PPM, First Pass Yield - FPY), conduct regular performance reviews, and push underperforming suppliers to carry out improvement initiatives. 3. 质量体系与标准建设Quality System & Standard Development o 制定和优化供应商质量管理流程（如检验标准、质量协议、审核规范），确保符合ISO 9001等体系要求。Formulate and optimize supplier quality management processes (e.g., inspection standards, quality agreements, audit specifications) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant system requirements. o 为供应商提供质量工具培训（如FMEA、SPC、MSA），提升其质量保证能力。Provide training on quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA) to suppliers, enhancing their quality assurance capabilities. 4. 跨部门与跨国协作Cross-departmental & Cross-border Collaboration o 与海外总部、采购、研发及客户团队沟通，传递质量要求并协调解决跨国供应链问题。Communicate with overseas headquarters, procurement, R&D, and customer teams to convey quality requirements and coordinate the resolution of cross-border supply chain issues. o 支持客户审核（包括海外客户），确保供应商质量标准与国际需求对齐。Support customer audits (including overseas customers), ensuring supplier quality standards align with international requirements. 5. 新项目与变更管理New Project & Change Management o 参与设计评审和工艺验证，确保供应商制造能力匹配产品技术要求（特别关注机加工、焊接、成型、表面处理等工艺）。Participate in design reviews and process validation, ensuring suppliers’ manufacturing capabilities match product technical requirements (with a special focus on processes such as machining, welding, molding, and surface treatment). o 监控供应商变更（如材料、工艺切换），评估质量风险并实施验证。Monitor supplier changes (e.g., material and process switching), assess quality risks, and implement validation procedures.

任职资格： 1、本科以上学历；

Bachelor Degree above; 2、本机械工程、材料科学、自动化等相关专业 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automation or other related disciplines. 3、5年以上机械制造、工程设备、轨道交通等制造行业供应商质量管理经验，有跨国供应链支持经验者优先

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management within manufacturing industries such as mechanical manufacturing, engineering equipment, and rail transit. Candidates with cross-border supply chain support experience will be preferred. 4、具备以下专业技能：Professional Skills: A、质量工具：熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、控制计划、8D等工具；熟悉ISO 9001体系。Quality Tools: Proficient in quality management tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D; well-versed in the ISO 9001 quality management system. B、工艺知识：熟悉机加工、成型、铸造、焊接、表面处理、油漆等机械制造工艺，能识别关键质量控制点。Process Knowledge: Familiar with mechanical manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, casting, welding, surface treatment, and painting; capable of identifying key quality control points (QCPs). C、数据分析：熟练使用SPC、MSA等统计方法，具备质量数据分析和报告撰写能力。 Data Analysis: Skilled in applying statistical methods like SPC and MSA; possess the ability to conduct quality data analysis and prepare related reports. 5、英语流利，可作为工作语言进行书面报告、会议和审核 Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language for written reports, meetings, and audits. 6、熟练使用办公软件，尤其是EXCEL、WORD等； Proficient in office software, especially Excel and Word. 7、年龄：40以下； Age: below 40;

8、能适应国内与国际出差（约30%时间用于供应商审核与客户支持）ABLE TO TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY (APPROXIMATELY 30% OF WORKING TIME WILL BE SPENT ON SUPPLIER AUDITS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT).
