高级项目工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Organizing program kick-off meeting，Preparing and managing project schedule;主导新项目的启动会议，准备和管理整个项目开发过程；
• Organizing the prototype and product delivery to meet customer requirement on time;组织量产前的产品样件与产品等的交付，并确保所有项目的产品能够准时交付；
• Organizing program gate review to ensure program pass Magna PDP and customer E-APQP on time;组织项目节点评审，确保项目准时通过内部PDP和客户EAPQP节点；
• Auditing project files;对项目文件进行审核；
• Following up and resolving the project issues;跟踪并分析项目过程的问题，保证项目顺利进入量产阶段；
• Accounting and controlling the project cost;统计核算并控制项目成本；
• Take charge ECR/ECN implementation;跟踪ECR/ECN的关闭情况;
• Completing department TS/MAFACT tasks and standardization;完成部门体系/MAFACT与标准化工作;
• Can Resolve System issues and as program leader to guide program engineer and others to complete project tasks.能够解决系统性复杂问题，并可作为带头人指导项目工程师及他人完成项目工作。

• Bachelor degree or above, excellent ability can be relaxed;本科及以上学历，能力优秀者可适当放宽；
• Major in vehicle, machinery, mold or related;车辆、机械、模具或相关专业；
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;有良好的英语听说读写能力；
• More than 5 years auto parts development experience, more than 3 years project management experience; Familiar with injection parts, spray parts, electroplating parts and other plastic parts development process; Familiar with manufacturing cost, development cost structure; Familiar with TS16949 quality system; Familiar with OEM development process (Ford, BMW preferred);5年以上汽车零部件开发经验，3年以上项目管理经验；熟悉注塑件、喷涂件、电镀件等塑料零件开发流程；熟悉制造成本、开发成本结构；熟悉TS16949质量体系；熟悉OEM的开发流程（福特、宝马优先）；
• Strong communication and coordination skills, planning and execution ability具有较强的沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力
