该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 主导汽车类连接器新品开发从概念设计到产品量产实现； 2. 新产品失效模式分析（FMEA）,公差分析，仿真分析； 3. 新项目可行性评估（结构可靠性/制造可行性/开发投入及产品成本）； 4. 在制品维护及产品变更执行； 5. 协助处理重大异常及客诉； 6. 客户端技术支持。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，工科相关专业； 2、熟悉汽车行业标准（IATF VDA6.3/USCAR-2/VW75174/GBT 18487/IEC61851）； 3、熟悉汽车连接器的冲压/注塑/电镀及自动化制程； 4、有大电流/重载连接器产品经验是加分项； 5、熟悉相关汽车连接器测试标准（温度等级/振动等级/密封等级）； 6、熟练应用3D/2D软件进行新能源汽车的高压连接器的产品开发，能独立对接客户和开发项目。
