该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 根据电机电气设计审查和定义需求： -定义并计算电机转子和定子的几何数据 -定义绕组特性 -根据输入需求和定义的几何数据模拟电机的运行特性，包括磁通分布、反电动势波形、电机损耗、电机热模型、转矩脉动、电机持续热特性模拟 -电气连接接口分析（低压和高压） -电气特性公差分析 -基于电机电气特性的影响，模拟电机的NVH特性（与电机机械工程师合作） -根据文档标准和/或项目要求，记录电机的电气特性 项目： -介绍电机开发的最新技术 -参与DFMEA -参与专利产品检索流程，评估专利研究成果，概述现有专利的开发方向，并指出符合专利申请条件的新开发方向。 -了解电机选材以及绝缘特性 任职要求： 1.统招电气工程专业本科以及上学历 2.3年以上工作经验 3. 有新能源主驱电机电磁设计经验者优先考虑
