该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位工作地址为广佛沃尔玛门店 1、根据店内营运经营目标状况及人员需求状况，提出合理的店内人员招聘和配置计划的建议，控制并降低人力成本，以配合营运有效的运作。 2、及时了解当地劳动力市场供求状况，按照公司人力资源指引，组织策划店内年度招聘计划，确定有效招聘渠道，在指定的时间内，招聘合适人员，以满足营运人力资源需求。 3、根据公司政策及国家劳动法规，掌握当地市场相关法律法规，确保店内员工投诉及劳动纠纷得以合法妥善处理，保证公司的执行合规合法。 4、掌握店内人力资源状况，协助店总经理共同制定员工发展计划并加以实施 5、依照公司政策，通过对薪酬福利报表的分析，关注人力成本的合理性
