物流实习生

Job Duties: 1. 协助物流部门处理日常进出口海运流程； Assist logistics in handling daily import and export shipping processes; 2. 帮助监控货品物流情况； Help in monitoring the flow of cargos; 3. 输入和更新Glovia 数据和运输解决方案； Glovia data & shipping solutions input & update; 4. 物流备案，包括装运、进口等； Logistics filing, including shipments, import, etc; 5. 前往海关窗口申请必要的进出口文件； Go to Customs Office to apply for necessary import and export docs; 6. 与货物代理沟通，进行货物清关； Communicate with broker to do the goods clearance; 7. 完成主管安排的其他工作。 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: 1. 物流、外贸或其他相关专业，有物流/外贸相关实习经验者优先； Major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or other related fields, relevant intern experience in logistics/foreign trade is a plus; 2. 英语通过四级，良好的中英文阅读与写作能力； Pass CET-4 and be good at reading and writing in both English and Chinese. 3. 掌握基本的计算机技能：Word, Excel, PPT； Master basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT. 4. 能够学习并使用Glovia系统及其他航运软件； Ability to learn and use Glovia, and shipping software; 5. 有良好的团队合作精神
