What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 全面负责新品开发→来料 IQC→制程 IPQC→成品 OQC→出货→售后客诉→供应商→体系产品全生命周期质量管控、风险预防、异常整改、持续改进；搭建全链路质量标准与管控体系，降低不良率、质量成本，满足客户、行业及公司质量目标。 岗位要求： 1、35周岁以下，本科以上学历； 2、经验：2 年及以上制造业全流程质量工作经验，熟悉 IQC/IPQC/OQC、供应商、客诉全流程；有精密钣金 / 机械加工行业经验优先。； 3、有一定的质量策划能力和主导项目改善推动能力； 4、较强的报告编写能力、能熟练运用8D思路解决质量问题； 5、熟悉ISO9001或16949质量管理体系，熟悉使用质量工具，如QC七大手法、质量五大工具等；
