该职位来源于猎聘 Responsible for the company's production technology management, establishing and improving the production technology management system, responsible for production process optimization, on-site technical support, equipment tooling technology management, and technical team management, solving various technical problems in the production process, improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, reducing production costs, ensuring continuous and stable production operation, and assisting in achieving the company's production and operation goals.

• Department and team management: Fully preside over the management of the production technology department, formulate department work plans and objectives, clarify job responsibilities, coordinate personnel deployment, daily management, skill training, and performance evaluation.
• Process technology management: Organize the preparation, review, and revision of technical documents such as process procedures, work instructions, and process parameters, supervise the implementation of on-site processes, and ensure process compliance.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead the trial production, process verification, and mass production introduction of new and modified products, follow up and solve technical and process issues throughout the trial and mass production processes, and ensure smooth large-scale production of products.
• Technical support for mass production site: -＞ Address major/complex technical, process, assembly, and quality issues in the workshop; -＞ *** article confirmation, process change verification, and handling of abnormal production line stoppages; -＞ Cooperate with the quality department to conduct 8D analysis, correction, and prevention of major quality issues; -＞ Provide technical support to equipment engineers and maintenance workers for the maintenance of key equipment.
• Tooling, equipment, and testing: -＞ Participate in the design, improvement, and acceptance of tooling fixtures, jigs, and test platforms; -＞ Participate in the selection, verification, and maintenance of equipment, production lines, and testing platforms; -＞ Promote the transformation of automated, semi-automated, and lean production lines;
• Quality and cost: -＞ Quality: Participate in the maintenance, internal audit, and external audit of the quality system (ISO9001, 3C); -＞ Cost: material substitution, process simplification, loss reduction, and efficiency improvement.
• Production support and cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as R&D, production, quality control, and procurement to carry out cross-departmental technical coordination, engineering changes, quality control, and other related tasks.
• Assist mold engineers in the development, process tracking, and acceptance of replacement molds for existing products;

Background

• Education and Major: College degree or above, majoring in engineering-related fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering, etc.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in production technology/process management in the manufacturing industry, with extensive practical experience in on-site technical management. Familiar with product production processes, manufacturing procedures, and quality control essentials.
• Proficient in production process design, process optimization, and on-site technical problem solving, familiar with relevant national/international product technical standards;
• Proficient in using drawing software such as AutoCAD and office software, with good ability to prepare and review technical documents;
• Master knowledge of production equipment and fixture selection and management, as well as basic knowledge of lean production and quality control.
• Possess excellent team management, cross-departmental communication and coordination, technical breakthrough and problem-solving abilities, strong execution ability and sense of responsibility.
