该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、负责制定设备使用、养护、维修等相关规章制度，并对制度的执行情况进行监督; 2、负责对设备进行维修和改造，保证生产设备正常运行和生产计划能顺利进行; 3、负责对现有的设备进行评估，确定设备运行或者操作技术问题； 4、负责对操作人和维修工进行基础理论和技能的培训工作，传授设备的操作、维护和保养知识。 任职资格： 1、机电自动化/一体化/机械设计类等相关专业，本科及以上学历; 2、具备大型机械设备制造工厂5年以及上设备主管岗位工作经验; 3、具备良好的电气，软件编程等知识，优秀的动手能力和现场管理能力； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力; 5、好的英语基础，能口语工作交流更佳 工作时间：8：00-17：00，双休 公司班车路线：1 滨江（中医药大学地铁站）至富阳工厂；
2富阳市区至富阳工厂；
3新登至富阳工厂；
4新桐至富阳工厂
