- 售中支持：订单状态、发货及物流状态跟进； 3.售后支持：售后问题处理及用户回访； 3.完善产品服务流程，提升用户体验； 任职资格 1. 专业不限；
- 熟悉电商平台网购流程和规则，具有较好的网络沟通能力； 3. 能熟练操作excel、word等办公软件 ；
- 能够适应早晚班排班安排；
