该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责二氧化硅或硅基材料新产品研发，每年完成2-3个实验室小试项目
- 参与客户技术支持，解决材料应用技术问题，响应时效≤24小时
- 配合市场部门完成产品技术推广，每季度参与3场以上技术交流会
- 跟踪行业前沿技术动态，每月提交1份技术趋势分析报告
任职要求：
- 化学、材料学硕士及以上学历，博士优先
- 具有二氧化硅或硅基材料研发项目经历（需提供论文或项目证明）
- 熟悉FTIR、XRD、SEM等材料表征技术，至少掌握2种分析仪器操作
- 能适应研发/技术支持/市场服务多岗位轮岗培养机制
