该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1、根据公司拓展发展需求搭建组织架构，并带领团队进行开店计划制定及实施 2、负责与商场的商务谈判及合同签订
3、负责协助相关部门开业前协调工作
4、负责现有店铺的续约、移位、重装、撤店的谈判及跟进，并按计划落实 5、根据经营情况，定期跟进分析店铺盈利状况，适时调整拓展布局 6、定期更新及汇总渠道信息，建立与维护品牌渠道关系及树立品牌对外良好形象 岗位要求： 1、有大型连锁企业3-5年的同等工作经验 2、有全国性城市拓展落地经验（以北上广为主要地缘关系），熟悉国内主要SHOPPINGMALL的商业体系及合作模式
3、带领过10人及以上团队 4、积极开朗、沟通良好、适应出差
