• As a senior expert engineer specializing in wind turbine technology, you shall possess industrial experience in at least one of the core fields below: 作为风电技术资深专家工程师，需在以下至少一项核心领域具备成熟工业落地经验：
• Advanced sensors and monitoring systems for structural load mitigation 用于载荷优化减负的先进传感器与整机监测系统
• Innovative wind turbine design concepts 全新风机整机创新方案设计
• Profound knowledge of electrical systems, control systems or related disciplines is a plus 具备电气系统、控制系统及相关领域专业知识者优先
• Key Tasks核心工作内容: 1) Establish and maintain domestic networks covering cutting-edge technology resources and engineering service suppliers in the sensor & monitoring field within China. 搭建并维护国内行业资源网络，对接本领域前沿技术厂商与工程服务供应商； 2) Participate in engineering development for concept research, technical analysis, methodology iteration and tool platform construction, and deliver core technical output. 深度参与方案论证、技术分析、标准方法及工具平台研发等工程类工作，输出核心技术成果。 Qualifications:
• Education Background: Bachelor degree or above in engineering; priority for graduates from 985 universities, minimum requirement is 211 university background.

学历背景：工科本科及以上学历；985 院校优先，至少要求 211 院校毕业；

• Language Skill: English proficiency at C2 level, fluent for full technical communication.

语言能力：英语 C2 等级，可流利开展全流程技术沟通；

• Working Experience: 5–8 years and above relevant industrial working experience.

从业经验：5-8 年及以上相关行业工业工作经验；

• Technical Competency: Able to conduct high-depth independent technical research, analysis and project development, strong senior expert-level technical capability. 专业能力：能够独立开展深度技术调研、分析与项目研发，具备资深专家级技术深耕能力。
