该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 有仿制药、新药研发项目的参与经验； 2.对分析方法开发有科学的设计与优化思路，能独立开展常规方法开发工作； 3. 具备反相制备纯化相关操作经验，熟悉其基本原理与实验流程；
- 药物分析、分析化学、制药工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 5. 了解ICH、USP等药品研发相关法规，具备方法验证的基础实操能力； 6. 掌握药物研发分析实验操作规范，能规范完成实验记录与数据整理分析； 7. 熟练操作HPLC等常规分析仪器，掌握仪器基础操作与日常维护； 8. 工作严谨细致，具备良好的逻辑思维、问题解决能力及团队协作意识。 任职要求： 1.本科以上学历,化学或药学相关专业3年以上分析工作经验； 2.熟练操作HPLC/GC/IC等分析设备； 3.有分析方法开发及验证的工作经验； 4.能够独立完成样品检测工作；
