该职位来源于猎聘 1. 带领团队负责，负责超亲水，超疏水，耐酸碱，抗氧化配方开发、优化； 2. 熟悉PES，PVDF和PTFE等材料的配方设计和亲水改性，材料共混/改性研究； 3. 膜材料改性中试产线搭建，了解中试放大工艺； 4. 定期汇报项目进度，完成实验报告； 5. 保持追踪国内外前沿膜技术和膜应用，定期文献查新汇报； 6. 知识产权创新，技术研发成果汇报 任职要求： 1，硕士以上学历，生化环材专业优先 2，8年以上高分子材料，化学相关研发经验，对材料改性技术路径熟悉，有一定的团队管理经验
