永利顧問及工程(香港)有限公司 誠聘一名經驗豐富的技術主管，負責領導工程團隊，監督項目的執行及品質管制。此職位將確保工程項目符合行業標準及客戶要求，推動公司的技術及項目發展。
你的工作
- 領導及管理工程團隊，制定及執行技術策略和工作計劃
- 監督工程項目的技術設計、施工及驗收程序
- 確保項目符合相關法規、安全標準及品質規範
- 與項目經理、客戶及承包商溝通協調，解決技術問題
- 進行技術評估及可行性研究，提供專業建議
- 推行品質管制措施，記錄及分析技術數據
- 參與招聘、培訓及發展團隊成員
- 跟進新技術及行業發展，優化工程方案
我們期待你擁有
- 工程相關學科的本科或以上資格
- 最少 10 年工程工作經驗，當中至少 5 年管理經驗
- 建築、土木或相關工程領域的專業知識
- 熟悉工程管理軟件及 AutoCAD、BIM 等技術工具
- 優秀的領導能力及團隊管理經驗
- 良好的溝通技巧及解難能力
- 精通中文及英文的書面及口頭溝通
- 具責任心、守時及注重細節
