工作职责:
岗位职责：
1、负责车间工艺规程、操作规程及生产过程中出现的质量问题；
2、负责车间的5S、安全及生产成本管理工作。
任职条件:
1、对汽车金属管件的产品结构、生产工艺、质量控制等有一定的认知；
2、熟悉IATF16949质量体系，了解PDCA、5W2H、SMART等管理工具；
3、能看懂比较复杂的二维CAD图纸。
4、具有较强的逻辑思维、归纳总结、组织策划、协调沟通等能力；
5、3年以上生产制造业车间管理工作经验；
6、大专及以上学历，机械、自动化、电气相关工科专业，34岁以下；
