What they need
- 新供應商開發：依據工廠請購需求，尋找符合要求之供應商和設備資源，與供應商進行商務溝通，尋價比價、付款條件確認
- 依請購需求，尋找符合要求之供應商和物品，整理詢/議價資料交給主管複核 (PR item)
- 採購成本管理:每年制訂採購Cost Down目標及預算計畫的執行
- 供應商管理:要求供應商符合公司對環境及品質要求，執行定期進行稽核，對供應商環境及品質系統進行管理
- 工作溝通:與公司內部其他相關部門保持良好溝通及維繫外部廠商合作關係
- 庫存管理: 根據工廠需求，安排供應商及時交貨，定期Review供應商交貨及倉庫耗用狀況， 以避免 Slow moving 跟逾期未交的問題
- 協助採購主管，完成採購部門相關文件和報表製作，及主管交代其他事項
- 採購相關專案處理
