该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责抗体发现和工程化改造，包括但不限于抗体人源化，抗体亲和力提高和ADCC，CDC增强等；
- 参与抗体成药性的评估，负责成药性的优化，主要包括PTM，溶解度，表面亲疏水性，表面电荷分布和热稳定性等。
- 负责双特异性抗体/多特异性抗体Format选择和优化；
- 密切配合公司内外其他部门，共同推进项目前进。 任职要求： 1. 硕士需有5年以上相关领域工作经验，博士需有3年以上相关领域工作经验； 2. 熟悉抗体序列和三维结构，能使用MOE，Schrodinger，DS或者Rosetta之一； 3. 熟悉常见的双特异性抗体/多特异性抗体的设计思路； 4. 具有较强的动手能力，能独立开展抗体工程相关实验； 5. 具有较强的独立学习，思考和解决问题的能力；
