• Performance calibration engineer specializing in heavy duty commercial vehicle to calibrate the engine and aftertreatment system to meet the performance design target. 重型商用车性能标定工程师，负责发动机与后处理系统标定，使其达成各项性能设计指标。
• Know-how of China6 and China7 emission regulation and know the solutions to fulfill the regulation. 精通国六、国七排放法规，掌握满足法规要求的全套技术方案。
• Be responsible for the optimization of China6 current engine and aftertreatment’s performance, vehicle running data processing, discussion and monitoring. 负责现有国六发动机及后处理系统性能优化、整车运行数据处理、问题研讨与试验跟踪管控。
• China7 heavy duty engine and aftertreatment’s performance calibration and development including the engine dyno calibration and test, engine dyno certification, OBD, summer/winter/altitude test, data processing, etc. 负责国七重型发动机及后处理系统性能标定开发工作，涵盖发动机台架标定试验、台架认证、车载诊断系统 OBD、三高（高温 / 高寒 / 高原）试验、数据处理等。
• Basic calibration and data processing method and tool can be used in daily work, such as, INCA, CANoe / CANalyzer, MDA, XCOM, Concerto, Gadget, DiagRA, MATLAB/Simulink, etc. 熟练使用 INCA、CANoe/CANalyzer、MDA、XCOM、Concerto、Gadget、DiagRA、MATLAB/Simulink 等常规标定及数据处理工具与方法。
• The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in performance of engine and aftertreatment system; basic knowledge of the transmission and driven axles is preferred. 理想候选人需具备深厚的发动机及后处理性能专业功底，具备变速箱、驱动桥基础认知者优先。
• Understanding of the harsh operating environments and stringent requirements of the trucking industry. 了解货车行业严苛的使用工况与高标准技术要求

Key Responsibilities主要工作职责

• Performance Calibration 性能标定 Make calibration target and plan together with Sweden team.
• 协同瑞典团队制定标定目标与标定方案。 Support to establish the engine and aftertreatment dyno in the right way on-site.
• 现场协助搭建、调试发动机及后处理专用试验台架。 Perform the calibration of engine and aftertreatment system in the engine dyno together with Sweden team to meet the target of emission regulation, fuel consumption, torque and power requirement. 联合瑞典团队开展发动机台架上发动机与后处理系统标定，满足排放法规、油耗、扭矩及动力性指标要求。
• Solve the issues from the dyno and make sure the calibration and performance activity can be proceeded according to the development plan. 解决台架试验各类故障问题，保障标定及性能开发工作按项目计划推进。
• Data processing and report creation. 试验数据处理，编制试验报告。
• Emission 排放相关工作
• Perform the emission test and certification together with Sweden team. 协同瑞典团队完成排放测试与型式认证。
• Generate the certification report together with regulation team. 联合法规团队编制认证报告。
• Perform the engine dyno OBD and generate the report. 完成发动机台架 OBD 标定测试并输出报告。
• Solve the deviations during the certification and testing with limit support. 协同相关资源解决认证、测试过程中出现的指标超标问题。
• Validation & Testing 验证与试验
• Support the vehicle emission validation and test. 配合整车排放验证及整车试验工作。
• Support the summer, altitude and winter validation activity. 配合高温、高原、高寒三高整车验证试验。
• Support the vehicle testing, such as, aux braking, fuel consumption, etc. 协助缓速器、油耗等各类整车性能试验。
• Cross-Functional Collaboration 跨部门协同
• Work closely with Sweden to perform the calibration and OBD work. 与瑞典团队紧密协作开展标定及 OBD 相关工作。
• Collaborate with engine and aftertreatment team to make sure the prototypes are available according to plan and support to solve the deviations related to calibration and software. 对接发动机、后处理开发团队，保障样机按时到位，协助解决标定、软件相关性能偏差问题。
• Support production team for the COP engine dyno test cell. 为生产部门 COP 一致性试验台架提供技术支持。
• Support production team to solve deviations related software and calibration related. 协助生产团队解决软件、标定相关的产品性能异常问题。
• Documentation 文档输出
• Generate and maintain related validation reports. 编制并归档各类验证试验报告。
• Generate the emission and OBD reports together with regulation team. 联合法规团队出具排放、OBD 专项报告。 Key Qualifications 任职要求
• Bachelor's degree or above in Internal Combustion Engine / Automotive Engineering or a related field. 内燃机、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience in heavy duty engine and aftertreatment system performance calibration, validation testing, emission certification and integration experience 十年及以上重型发动机、后处理系统性能标定、验证测试、排放认证及系统集成实操工作经验。
• Basic knowledge of the transmission and driven axles is preferred 掌握变速箱、驱动桥基础知识者优先。
• Basic knowledge of BEV heavy duty commercial vehicles is preferred 具备纯电动重型商用车基础认知者优先。 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 知识、技能与综合能力
• Proven experience in the automotive or heavy-duty vehicle industry and familiarity with its quality and validation processes. 拥有成熟的整车 / 重型商用车行业从业经验，熟悉行业质量管控与试验验证流程。
• Strong proficiency in calibration and data processing tool 精通各类标定、数据处理工具使用。
• English can basically be as working language 英语可作为日常工作沟通语言。
• Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies like 8D, DFMEA, and root cause analysis. 熟练运用 8D、DFMEA、根本原因分析等工具开展问题解决，具备优秀故障处理能力。
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 优秀沟通表达能力与团队协作能力。
• Driver license A is preferred 持有 A 类驾驶证优先。
