该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、对项目范围内的各项活动做出合理的计划与安排，领导和参与项目执行计划的制定
2、根据项目要求及工作情况，对设计团队的组织结构进行有效调整，定期评价组织成员，描述项目各主 要人员的职责范围，确定团队管理制度的能力
3、指导项目团队,按项目操作流程开展项目工作,有清楚的行动方向
4、建立及贯彻项目管理制度（包括项目费用、沟通、文档等的管理，这些制度是项目过程中成员的共同 工作准则）
5、独立审查项目团队操作流程及设计流程是否符合公司规范及适宜性
任职要求： 参与4个以上项目整车开发项目经验，精通整车开发流程，参与过大众项目，英语能力优秀者、文体突出者优先,具备团队管理经验优先
