• Bachelor degree with HR related background 本科学历，人力资源相关背景
• Above 5 years experience on C&B management in international company 5年以上跨国公司薪酬管理经验
• Be good at data analysis, good logic,accuracy and attention to details 善于数据分析，逻辑能力强，准确性高，注重细节
• Be familiar with labor law 熟悉劳动法
• Strong communication skill in Englist(Oral&Written) and interpersonal skill 良好的英语沟通能力（口头和书面）和人际交往能力
• Familiar with MS office,especially good at Excel 熟悉MS办公软件，尤其擅长Excel
• Good Team work spirit and respect&loyalty 良好的团队合作精神，尊重和忠诚
• Familar with Platinum HRM-HRP will be advantage. 熟悉白金HRM-HRP优先考虑 Job Description
• Handle monthly payroll relevant data based on HR system and verify attendance records related work 根据人力资源系统处理月度工资相关数据，审核考勤相关工作
• Responsbile for C&B various report and analysis 负责各项薪酬报告和分析
• Maintain and update employee information to keep the latest and accurate status 维护和更新员工信息，保持最新和准确的状态
• Take charge in external and internal audit & survey 负责外部和内部的审计和调查
• Handle part of the offer work 处理部分报价工作
• Other duties assigned by superior 上级交办的其他工作
