第二个月——到实际不同设计部门学习绘图软件，进行绘图学习；
第三个月——简单项目引导操作； 晋升空间：电气/结构设计工程师——设计室副主任——设计室主任——大区经理——设计副总经理——设计总经理 晋升渠道：设计类储备干部，每年1-2次大型公开竞选
