What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责产品项目开发管理，在产品开发过程中协调相关部门的工作； 2.负责审核新产品备案资料与组织产品报备； 3.负责渠道费用政策的精算支持；
- 撰写产品报告等监管要求的报告； 5.其他交办的工作。 岗位要求： 1.工作经验：8年及以上寿险健康险产品开发定价经验；全渠道开发经验优先（个险/银保/中介/网销）
- 技术技能：熟练运用Office办公软件操作，熟悉VBA；英语六级，具备英文沟通能力 3.所需能力： （1）具有较好的市场敏感性，对寿险产品有深入了解； （2）具有良好的项目执行和协调运作能力，善于沟通和交流； （3）具备敬业和团队协作精神，抗压能力较强。 4.考试要求：具备准精或正精资格(北美/英国/中国)
