该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1. 负责发展施坦威及施坦威家族钢琴客户，完成个人与门店业绩指标，维护高端客户成交全流程 2. 客户接待、产品讲解、试奏指导，传递品牌工艺与价值，提供专业选购方案 3. 利用CRM系统输入客户信息并跟进客户，确保及时更新信息，并长期维护客户关系 4. 积极组织并参与门店品鉴会、大师班、音乐会等各项活动 5. 密切协调及配合总部以及其它职能部门，处理门店各运营事项 任职要求： 1. 本科学历，音乐、市场营销或管理等相关专业优先, 有钢琴基础/会演奏优先 2. 3年以上相关工作经验 3. 对销售工作充满热情，能够在面对挑战时保持积极态度 4. 优秀的沟通协调能力，诚实守信 5. 执行能力强，以结果为导向，能够明确目标并自我激励 6. 工作认真，吃苦耐劳，责任心强
