质量体系工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Accountabilities/主要职责

• 熟悉ISO9001/FSC等体系或认证，确保有效运行并通过年审；familiar with ISO9001/FSC system, Ensure effective operation and pass the annual review
• 参与公司产品全球认证工作，主要负责合规资料收集与核对，需具备一定的认证知识 participate in the GMA certification of products, charged for collection and check the compliance documentary, based on required Certification knowledge
• 制定公司检具/量具/色板的年度计量计划并监督执行 schedule the annual metrology plan for the company's inspection tools/measuring tools/color plates and supervise its implementation
• 色板/检具/量具的日常管理，包括检具/色板的制作、保存、报废 Daily management of color plates/inspection tools/measuring tools, including the production, storage and scrapping of inspection tools/color plates
• FARO 设备的管理和日常操作 management and daily operation of FARO test equipment
• 实验室REL及内部测试工作，及时提交测试报告并保证质量REL and internal testing work of the laboratory, submit test reports on time and ensure their quality
• 参与质量周会、客户投诉/退货的调查/分析，与相关部门一起提出并实施纠正措施以改进；Participate in weekly QC meeting, investigation/analysis of customer complaints/returns, propose and implement corrective actions together with related departments for improvement;
• 参与质量持续改进和发展检验方法的质量水平；Continuously improve and develop the quality level of inspection methods;
• 维护质量体系相关文件和报告的更新；updated related document and report of quality system.
• 领导安排的其他事宜。Other tasks assigned by the leader Key Skills/关键技能:
• 熟悉ISO9000等质量管理体系，有其他体系如FSC/产品合规认证等经验更佳；Familiar with ISO9000 Quality Assurance system, experience of other QMS systems like FSC or products certification is preferred.
• 3年以上QA或量测相关工作经验；More than 3-year QA or metrology working experience.
• 质量知识、熟悉RCA/8D等质量工具；Quality Knowledge—familiar with quality tools of RCA/8D etc,
• 了解家具行业，有基本的识图能力。Know furniture industry, have basic drawing-reading ability 。 Requirements/工作要求
• 本科以上学历，机械或工程专业优先；University graduated at least, prefer mechanical or engineering；
• 良好的沟通和谈判技巧，英语书面流利；Good communication and negotiation skill, be fluent in written English at least；
• 独立工作能力，主动性强。Ability to work independently and initiative。
• 积极主动汇报 positive in report
