• Conduct full-cycle VSM for NPI launch projects and existing production lines, map material & information workflows, quantify takt time, cycle time, WIP level and production lead time. 针对新品导入及量产产线开展全流程价值流分析，梳理物料流与信息流，精准统计节拍、工时、在制品及生产前置周期。
• Identify seven types of manufacturing waste through value stream analysis, implement targeted improvements on line balancing, material flow redesign, workshop layout optimization and SMED.通过价值流分析识别七大浪费，针对性开展产线平衡、物流重构、车间布局优化、快速换模等精益改善。
• Promote standardized work, zero-defect management and Muda elimination activities; compile and update standard work documents for lean projects. 推行现场标准化作业、零缺陷管理及浪费消除活动，编制并维护精益改善相关标准文件。
• Monitor key KPIs including productivity, equipment utilization, scrap rate and inventory turnover; deliver regular data analysis reports and English PPT presentations. 追踪效率、设备利用率、报废率、库存周转等关键指标，定期输出数据分析报告，并制作英文 PPT 完成部门汇报。
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering and logistics teams to resolve on-site bottlenecks and ensure stable mass production of new products. 联动生产、品质、工程、物流团队解决现场流程卡点，保障新品稳定量产。
• Optimize workshop layout and material routes to reduce handling waste, shorten lead time and improve overall production flexibility. 优化车间布局与物流路径，减少搬运浪费、缩短生产周期、提升产线整体柔性。
• Collect on-site data, conduct root cause analysis for process abnormalities, implement corrective actions and sustain continuous lean improvement. 收集现场真实数据，对工艺异常开展根因分析，落实整改并持续迭代精益改善。

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. Precision manufacturing and automotive electronics background is preferred.

本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械制造、电子信息、电气工程等相关专业，精密

制造、汽车电子背景优先。

• Solid knowledge of lean system including VSM, line balancing, SMED, standardized work and waste elimination. 熟练掌握精益体系，精通价值流分析、产线平衡、快速换模、标准化作业及浪费改善。
• Familiar with NPI new product introduction process, capable of capacity planning, layout optimization and WIP reduction. 熟悉新品导入流程，具备产能规划、布局优化、在制品压降改善能力。
• Basic English skills for reading technical documents, writing reports and presenting PPT in English. 具备基础英文能力，可读写技术文件、独立制作并汇报英文 PPT。
• Strong data analysis capability to analyze cycle time, throughput and operational waste data.具备良好数据分析能力，可独立分析工时、产能、浪费等生产数据。
• Minimum 5 years of lean manufacturing experience in precision assembly or electronic manufacturing industry, digital and smart factory experience is better 5 年以上精密装配、电子制造行业精益改善经验,有过数字化智能工厂推进的经验优先
• Proven experience in VSM optimization, productivity improvement and scrap reduction during new product ramp-up stage. 具备新品量产阶段价值流优化、提效降废的实战项目经验。
• Logical, rigorous and detail-oriented, capable of independently analyzing complex technical and process issues. 逻辑清晰、工作严谨细致，可独立分析复杂现场及工艺问题。
• Excellent on-site problem-solving ability, cross-departmental communication skills and strong responsibility to support timely on-site response. 优秀的现场问题解决能力、跨部门沟通能力，责任心强，可快速响应现场需求。
• Possess basic team coordination and project promotion capabilities. 具备基础团队协调与项目推进能力。
