1,跟踪项目内饰CMF定义变更和问题点，分析CMF定义工程可行性 2,熟悉汽车内外饰常见表面处理工艺流程，对内饰装饰零件相关性能标准有一定的掌握和了解 3,负责产品造型分析，技术方案评审及反馈，表面处理工艺分析，风险问题识别并制定对策 4,负责PDT团队管理与协调，完成硬装饰表面材料和零件的开发落地，跟踪DV/PV试验，协助完成SOR,ECR, ESO等流程 5,收集行业新技术，新趋势，协同供应商研发新材料，新工艺，配合CMF Design建立前沿材料/工艺库 工作背景要求 相关领域经验3年以上 大专及以上学历,工程专业或材料专业或工业设计专业
