该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1.负责各类短视频脚本撰写、文案创作与内容打磨 2.协助完成出镜配合、素材搜集整理、字幕校对、内容自查审核等日常工作 3.参与日常选题策划与内容排期，保障短视频内容稳定按时产出 任职要求 1.文字功底良好，擅长将各类内容改编为通俗易懂、适配短视频风格的文案 2.工作认真严谨、细心负责，具备良好执行力，把控内容细节与输出质量 3.熟练使用剪映等基础剪辑工具，有短视频出镜、内容创作经验者优先 4.时间稳定，每周可到岗至少 3 天，能连续实习 3 个月及以上
