该职位来源于猎聘 岗位需求： 1、大专及以上学历，机械、焊接等相关专业 2、精通激光焊接工艺开发、工艺验证。 3、熟悉冲压、机加工、装配、表面处理等一个或多个工艺 岗位职责： 1、新产品（新工艺）工艺开发，生产过程产品的工艺改善优化； 2、熟悉DOE测试过程，有独立开发测试能力 3、有英语和专业英语基础，了解体系文件要求( IATF，VDA6.3) 4、熟练使用AUTO CAD软件 5、熟悉金属加工，组装等工艺（如冲压，机加工，研磨，丝印，电镀，贴装，焊接等工艺）
