- 负责冷链及乳饮新产品的全生命周期管理，从市场调研到产品上市，主导新品上市
- 深入分析冷链乳饮市场趋势与消费者需求，输出竞品分析及市场洞察报告
- 协同研发、供应链及销售团队，确保产品配方、成本及上市节奏符合规划 4.管理产品线利润与销售数据，通过产品组合优化，实现负责产品线年销售额增长 任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，食品科学、市场营销或相关专业，具备5年以上快消品行业产品管理经验，其中至少3年专注于冷链或乳饮领域
- 精通产品开发流程，熟练掌握市场调研、用户画像、GTM策略等专业方法
- 具备出色的数据分析能力，能熟练使用SQL、Excel等工具进行销售与市场数据分析
- 拥有优秀的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，具备PMP或同类认证者优先，能适应快节奏工作环境
