职责描述: 1、数据治理内部规程、细则和手册等制定与维护 2、协助开展监管报表数据质量检查 3、数据质量问题整改追踪 4、组织开展全行数据治理相关培训 5、开展全行数据资产盘点管理 6、协助开展数据分类分级和数据安全管理 7、所有数据质量问题台账管理 8、完成主管交办的其它事项 任职资格: 1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上银行工作经验 2、熟悉银行业务流程，有数据管理相关工作经验 3、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够处理各种数据相关的问题和挑战 4、具有较好的应变力，能承受工作压力 5、有较强的逻辑思维能力，分析能力和创新精神，具备良好的文字表达能力
