现场服务工程师（电气方向）

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Duty includes new machines installation, startup and instruction and acceptance, onsite service of repairing, relocation of existing equipment, customer training; preventive maintenance, Productivity Improvement Programs (PIPs); proactively recommend the necessary spare parts, service and maintenance programs. 工作职责包含新机器的安装，调试，培训及验收， 现有机器的维修，搬移, 客户培训, 预防性维护, 生产效率提高(PIPs),备件需求建议，前瞻性的服务项目及维护计划推荐. Responsibilities 具体职责

• Electrician电气安装 -Reconnect all wire and cabling by following the Bobst standard. 按标准连接线电缆和控制线路 -Set up equipment and perform all electrical checks.调试机器及电气检查 -Machine Standard testing, demonstration , instruction and acceptance机器标准测试，展示及验收 -Test all functions to ensure specifications are met机器功能测试确保机器符合合同技术规范. -Machine configuration reflects customer’s specification.按客户产品需求进行机器设置 -Operation instruction for operator操作人员操作指导 -Maintenance instruction维护指导 -Simple layout analyze .产品样张测试 -Standard board analyze标准模板测试 -Complete machine acceptance 完成机器验收
• Daily machine Repair and service 日常机器维修服务 -Contact the customer with person in charge to understanding machine situation.联系客户相关负责人了解情况 -Prepare the intervention with necessary documentation, tooling and related information 做好现场工作的必要文件，信息及工 具准备 -Predication problem; troubleshoot.故障判断和处理 -Repairs machine and/or request to order parts.修理机器及/或建议订购零件 -Observes machine in production to confirm repair 观察机器运行状态及确认机器修复
• Preventive Maintenance,inspection and performance improvement

预防性维护，检查及机器性能提升 -Inspection and evaluation machine.检查及评估机器状态 -List the parts to be repairs in order of urgency 准备紧急情况下的修理清单 -Suggest the service to be applied and parts list to be replaced to recover the machine function fully. 建议服务需求及备件替换来恢复机器所有功能 -Promote the machine upgrade and retrofit to improve machine performance 推荐机器功能升级及改造来提高机器性能及产出 。 -Review meeting with customer to summarize the machine situation and follow up before departure.工作完成离开前召***议总结服务状态及后续跟进。

• Collage technical degree or above is preferred. 大专技术学历及以上优先 -Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience, in a similar role, the printing and converting equipment industry is preferred 5年及以上类似技术工作经验印刷和包装行业优先 - Basic English Level with Good PLC experiences 基本英文水平及良好PLC经验 - Biz trip nationwide 60%-70% 接受全国各区域出差，占比60%-70%
