该职位来源于猎聘 薪资3000 + 提成千分之5-6 + 排名奖100元 - 300元 + 全勤奖100元 客服均薪每月在4500以上 岗位职责： 1. 通过在线聊天工具，在线接待客户，解答顾客对产品的疑问，介绍产品，促成订单成交。 2. 熟悉店铺的产品，具备相关的产品知识，严格执行公司的操作流程。 3. 熟悉淘宝网店的购物流程，协助顾客完成订单。 任职资格： 1、打字速度每分钟50字以上 2、具备良好的态度和耐心，秉着服务的意识能够解决客户的问题。 晋升机制：售前客服---副店长---正店长---运营助理---运营专员 福利待遇：生日福利+节日福利+午餐+下午茶+团建+免费培训 上班时间：早班8：00-16:30
晚班16:00至24:00
