该职位来源于猎聘 1、制定直播业务目标（GMV、用户增长、品牌曝光等），及目标达成策略，并对目标达成负责 2、统筹预算分配，把控费用及成本 3、协调供应链（选品、库存）、设计、客服等跨部门资源 4、团队管理及人才孵化，打造优秀主播，优化运营流程等SOP 5、对重大直播项目（如大促、品牌专场）进行全流程把控 6、通过PGC直播培养品牌及产品心智，拓潜拉新 7、把控输出短视频素材，并熟悉投流规则，做好相关种草 任职资格： 1、品牌要求：泛母婴类目或消费品 2、熟悉平台要求：全渠道 3、过往团队规模要求：必须对于SC直播、PGC直播及短视频有操盘经验（三个板块缺一不可） 4、沟通表达优秀，具备较好的抗压能力
