该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.根据招聘需求编写并发布职位广告； 2.收集、筛选和初步评估求职者的简历； 3.安排面试，并协助面试官进行面试准备； 4.跟进候选人的面试结果，并及时反馈给部门相关方； 5.维护招聘系统/台账的数据准确性和完整性。 任职要求： 1.不限专业，统招本科及以上学历，对人力资源尤其是招聘模块有浓厚的兴趣； 2.良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力； 3.能够熟练使用办公软件（如Office套件）； 4.有较强的责任感和良好的团队合作精神； 5.实习至少4个月，每周可保证5个工作日的全职实习时间。 6.27年及以后毕业
