What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 1.新产品工艺方案制定，模具相关方案及数模评审; 2.工艺文件，P-BOM、SOP、叠层表、过程流程图、管制单编制; 3.负责碳纤维复合材料产品成型工艺制定及试制，后期产品质量优化; 4.零件现场技术支持与指导，培训员工。 5.为新产品编制相关工艺文件，零件试制及跟产，处理现场问题; 6.针对产品在制造过程中出现的问题，提供解决方案; 岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，材料，机械等相关专业 2.有航空行业背景成型工艺工作经验优先。 3.精通复合材料热压罐、模压、真空袋成型（OoA）等复材成型工艺，能独立负责复合材料零部件工艺开发工作； 4.有5年以上碳纤维复合材料研发/制造工作经验者优先录
