What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责电极段（涂布、辊压、分切）工艺技术开发与优化 2.主导新产线工艺导入与量产爬坡
- 建立并维护电极段工艺标准文件（SOP/CP/DFMEA），主导解决重大工艺异常
- 通过DOE等实验设计方法持续改进工艺参数，实现制造成本年降5%
- 培养3-5名工艺工程师团队，提升团队技术能力与问题解决效率
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，材料、化学、机械等相关专业，5年以上锂电电极工艺经验
- 精通涂布匀浆、辊压压实密度、分切毛刺控制等关键技术，熟悉BIS、MES系统
- 具备3个以上完整电极产线量产导入经验，熟悉APQP、PPAP等流程
- 掌握SPC、MSA等质量工具，具备数据分析能力和跨部门沟通协调能力
- 具备团队管理经验，能适应高强度工作压力，有六西格玛绿带认证者优先
