该职位来源于猎聘 工作描述： 负责自动驾驶领域相关的神经网络模型量化算法研究与部署，完善量化工具、算子开发 常见神经网络模型量化算法精度评估与实践，包括但不限于QAT，PTQ等 模型量化评价指标分析，并提出模型结构&量化优化方向 任职要求: 具备扎实的计算机基础知识，C++编程能力，并熟练使用PyTorch、CUDA Runtime 熟悉主流模型压缩算法(如量化、压缩、剪枝、蒸馏等) 熟悉常见神经网络模型基本架构的使用和设计，包括但不限于BEV/Transformer等，熟悉常见算子底层实现细节 加分点: 具备模型部署经验，熟悉Orin，熟悉GPU硬件架构，并具备GPU性能分析的经验 针对NVIDIA进行模型量化优化，熟悉GPU Driver、PTX汇编 有开发TensorRT Plugin经验
