该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 根据性能要求选定复材成型工艺（热固铺贴、模压、热塑冲压、注塑） 2. 设计满足工艺和性能要求的复材结构（铺层、厚度、过渡区） 3. 选择并设计复材零件连接方式（胶接、铆接、共固化、混合连接） 4. 与工艺、模具、仿真团队协同，确保设计可制造性 岗位要求： 1. 掌握热固（铺贴/模压）与热塑（连续纤维冲压/注塑）成型工艺 2. 能根据零件功能与性能要求选择工艺路线 3. 熟悉复材结构设计规范、铺层设计、连接设计 4. 熟练使用CAD工具（如Catia、Fibersim等） 5. 了解工艺协同与模具可行性
