调试工程师（齿轮加工）

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 Assignment  在工厂和客户处组织实施机床调试工作（有齿轮加工的经验，滚齿，车齿，磨齿） Organization and implementation of machine modifications in house and at customer site  安装机床 Setting up machine tools  NC编程以及刀具布置图设计 Creating and editing NC programs and tooling layouts  优化加工工艺 Process Optimization  在工厂和客户处进行机床验收工作 Acceptance of machine tools in our house and at customer site  进行机床测试 Perform machining tests  进行客户培训 Customer trainings  能够适应国内出差 Readiness for domestic travel 任职资格 Your Qualifications  机械制造或自动化工程大专以上学历 Technical Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Automation Engineering  曾任职过机床操作员，领班或者技术人员 Machine operators, and / or assisting foreman / technician  有3年以上操作机床进行车、铣、磨、钻加工的经验 3+years of professional experience in turning, milling,grinding and drilling  有机床交钥匙的经验优先 Machine Turn-key project Machine Experience is a plus  熟悉西门子840C和840D，以及博世力士乐MT-CNC-M, TC-MTX以及发那科操作系统。 Experience with CNC control type Siemens 840C and 840D,Bosch Rexroth MT-CNC - MTC - MTX and FANUC  以结果为导向和结构化的工作方式 Result-oriented and structured way of working  能够熟练操作电脑、CAD Knowledge about MS Office, CAD  有磨床操作方面的经验优先 Grinding Machine Experience a plus  良好的英语读写能力 Good knowledge of written and oral English  在客户面前表现专业 Be able to present him/herself professionally in the customer’s presence
