该职位来源于猎聘 细胞培养工艺开发科学家 负责项目技术路线、实验方案、数据分析、进展汇报、实验报告及troubleshooting 负责细胞培养工艺开发各阶段实验操作（摇瓶/摇管、Ambr、wave、Bioreactor） 审核并反馈实验结果,确保数据的真实性和完整性;实验记录及时归档 负责工艺流程优化、新技术新流程开发，实现提效降低本 负责实验区域5s、设备维护、物料计划、人员带教 教育背景： 制药、生物制药、应用化学/药物分析或相关专业本科以上学历 工作经验： 本科5年或研究生2年以上CHO细胞培养基筛选、小试工艺开发相关经验，且负责过至少3个项目细胞培养工艺开发经验。 精通细胞生长、代谢及表达、生物化学相关知识；熟练的DOE实验设计及数据分析； 熟练的英文读写能力。 具备自主学习、分析及解决问题的能力，具备风险意识，具有团队精神，具备良好的执行能力
