- 根据凯悦政策和程序妥善维护酒店的全部销售协议、合同和报价记录。
- 负责实现会议宴会部门的总体收入和支出目标。
- 与餐饮部总监和行政总厨一起就会议宴会部的成本计算及定价结构方面展开密切合作。
- 通过确保会议宴会销售团队交叉销售和追加销售酒店其它设施和服务及其它凯悦酒店，持续使收入和利润最大化。
- 与会议宴会部总监密切合作，制作并分发年度会议宴会市场营销计划及促销日历，并确保实施所有规划的销售和市场营销活动。
