What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1. 作为业务部门伙伴，支持业务部门进行业务拓展、商务合作、运营管理、物料供应、重大项目、创新业务模式等活动场景的法律需求
- 结合业务发展和需求，起草、审核和优化各类合同和其他法律文件模板
- 与各部门协作，协助业务运营相关的法律研究和风险评估，做好生物安全、知识产权保护、数据合规、出口管制等合规风险管控
- 优化内部各类工作流程，提高效率
- 协助所负责的业务部门的法务规章制度的实施、检查、复盘和优化
- 处理业务部门经营活动中出现的商事、劳动等各类法律纠纷，参与谈判和和解，在必要时协调外部律所，维护公司合法权益
- 提供日常法律咨询及相关法务专业支持，保障业务运营合法合规
任职资格 -学历及教育背景：统招本科及以上，法学相关专业，通过国内司法考试 -具有至少5年以上公司法务或律师事务所专职工作经验，法律功底扎实
- 具有大型企业集团法务工作或知名律所工作经验者优先
- 具有医药研发、医疗大健康行业相关工作经验者优先 -熟练掌握Word\Excel\PowerPoint等办公软件
