检验工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 主要工作职责：

• Inspection engineer shall understand, based on Marketing specifications, what the requirements of each casting produced in the China foundry are; 检验工程师应根据客户规范，了解铸造厂生产的每件铸件的具体要求；
• Supervise inspectors including inspectors and NDT inspectors , and conduct random checks on the inspection results; 监督铸造工厂内初级检验人员及无损检验人员并对检验结果抽检；
• Responsible for the progress inspection of casting samples and supervise the inspection of various samples. Report any abnormalities in a timely manner; Ensure that any castings found non-conforming to specifications are marked “HOLD” for review by quality team and not released back to production 对铸件样品的进度检验负责，督促各种样品的检验。如有异常及时反馈，任何不符合规范的铸件都标上“暂时扣留”标记，在未经过评定审核前禁止流入正常的生产线；
• Verify that inspection equipment is in calibration and in working order.

This can include calibration stickers, certified dates on gauges, and daily checks of instruments via calibration systems before operation (Equotip, Mag permeability, UT calibration); 确保检验设备都已经经过适当的校准，并符合生产和检验步骤的要求。这里包括使用校准标贴、提供校准证书（标注具体的校准日期）及操作开始前使用校准器具进行的日常检查等（UT设备校准、磁粉提升力实验和里氏硬度校验等）；

• Review of inspection reports, review and statistics of dimension reports. Check the completeness of the inspection records and ensure that all relevant records are complete and correct；检验报告的审核，尺寸报告的审核及统计。检查检验记录的完整并保证所有相关记录完整正确；
• Preparation of ITP, process sheet，compilation of WI , etc; 编制ITP、打磨工艺卡，作业指导书的编制等文件;
• Inspection gauge& tools design; 检验相关检具和工器具的设计。 岗位要求：
• NDT certifications with respect to MT and UT and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 至少有UT（超声探伤）二级证书，有无损检验MT（磁粉探伤）的工作经验和工程类本科学历证书；
• Skilled in use of Microsoft Office software，能够熟练使用微软办公软件；
• Be able to understand English standards and reports能看懂英文标准及报告。 Personal Attributes
• Hard worker, conscientious and integrity; 能吃苦耐劳，服从安排，诚信务实，有责任心，对工作有较高的积极性； Master the dimension tools. Experienced in quality is a must; 熟练使用尺寸测量工具。必须有质量相关工作经验；
• Able to shifting. 能够接受倒班工作。
