该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责重点主机厂及终端大客户的战略关系维护与深度服务，年度客户满意度需达到95%以上
- 主导对接主机厂采购与技术部门，推动公司产品解决方案的导入与量产，确保关键项目年销售额增长超30%
- 管理并拓展终端行业头部客户，独立完成从商务谈判、合同签订到交付回款的全周期销售管理
- 协同内部研发与供应链团队，精准把握客户需求，制定定制化服务方案，提升客户份额
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上汽车或高端制造行业大客户销售管理经验，具备主机厂成功合作案例
- 精通大客户关系管理（KAM）方法论，拥有丰富的商务谈判与合同管理实战技能
- 具备出色的市场洞察与数据分析能力，能独立完成年度销售目标超5000万的业绩指标
- 优秀的跨部门协调与资源整合能力，能适应高频出差
