What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 1. 至少三年以上相关工作经验 2. 本科及以上学历，电力电子相关专业，掌握基础仪器设备(示波器、直流源、交流源等)操作和功能使用 3. 掌握Buck、Boost、Flyback、全桥LLC等主要功率电路的设计 4. 熟悉常见电子元件和功率半导体元件的参数特性和选型设计，掌握半导体开关器件、磁性元器件的设计方法及损耗分析方法 5. 掌握Saber/LTspice等仿真软件使用，可以进行电路仿真分析 6. 熟悉嵌入式代码、具备基本的嵌入式实操能力 7. 熟悉Altium Designer/PADS等EDA设计软件，可独立完成较为复杂的PCB布局设计，了解开关电源的设计标准和规范（安规和认证标准） 8. 良好的电路问题分析能力，可以分析解决技术问题，能独立完成硬件调试 9. 具有串联谐振、并联谐振、移相全桥、全（半）桥式等大功率高频、高压电源研发经验者优先考虑
