What they need
IND 沟通与 IND 非临床申报，对接 CDE；统筹公司CMC、临床、注册、BD、专利团队资源，统筹完成靶点、分子、模型相关专利挖掘与布局；搭建心血管领域 KOL 顾问网络，组织专家顾问会，获取领域科学与临床输入，优化管线与项目设计。 4、团队、预算与项目管理。负责管线团队搭建，管线预算管理，定期向管理层汇报管线进展与风险。 任职要求： 1、药理学、心血管药理等相关专业博士；10 年以上创新药工业界经验，5年以上心脏疾病药物研发管理经验。 2、主导过至少 1 个心脏疾病创新药推进至 IND，精通非临床全链条开发与 CRO 管理，精通药理药效、PKPD、GLP 毒理开发流程；熟悉 NMPA、ICH 法规。 具备团队管理经验，能够从零搭建管线团队，管线预算管理，定期向管理层汇报管线进展与风险。]]>
